As a dedicated educator, 200RYT and lifelong learner whose career is marked by numerous student-selected awards and a deep passion for scientific research. With 50 years as a competitive runner and 30 years as a highly decoraed teacher, Beth brings her love for scientific research studies in wellness, longevity and yoga into her classes. Her personal journey of resilience, including excelling after two hip replacements and multiple ACL knee repairs, inspires her to share healing movement and empower others.

A dance teacher, former professional NBA cancer, PAC10 collegiate cheerleader, and a State Champion gymnast originally from Phoenix, AZ. As a hip hop girlie at heart, she incorporates her love for heavy bass beat with pop lyrices into her choreography. Combining traditional jazz skills, along with yoga and ballet basics that make her adult jazz classes energetic and accessible for all dance abilities. When she's not dancing shes working her full time gig as a Social Media Strategist, loving on her puppies Jett and Charli, cherishing being a Mom to Keira & Chrisian, and wife to her husband, Rob.

She is our favorite special guest teacher. She has an extensive background in Health and Physical Eduation (BS, MEd., Specialist degrees) and a doctorate in School Improvement and her 500RYT. Health, fitness and teaching are her passion. She's been teaching movement for most of her life, and is excellent at sharing knowledge. Her style of teaching has evolved from challenging poses to functional stretching and strengthening for healthy longevity. She loves time with family, hiking, walking with her dog, Daisy, traveling and spending evenings with her husband, Charles.

Our Founder of Backbends and Brews in 2017. Growing up with a Physical Education teacher for a mother, a foundation in gymnastics, then dance made her develop and early love for physical expression and body awareness. Her passion carried her into the medical field where she consulted with patients and physicians receiving vertebroplasty procedures to fill spinal fractures. This deepened her love for anatomy and brought more awareness to the critical role of movement & flexibiliy in longevity. She went on to gain her 500RYT & continues functional movement training. Her classes blend functional patterns, pilates, calisthenics, dance & gymnastics movements. She is most proud of the wonderful, kind, generous community that come together to practice and bring awareness to the different charities and people in need that we support. In her free time you'll often find her hiking with Maizy dog, paddleboarding, traveling to high peaks with her family, homeschooling and attending all her kids activities.

Our mission is not only to help you achieve peacefulness in your life but, also to spread that peace by serving others. Backbends & Brews donates 20% to different organizations within our community who help bring love, hope & peace to those in need.
